How do I order online?
Your online transactions are confidential and secure
A) Select "purchase materials" in the upper section of the home page to view a list of all National Restaurant Association Solutions brands. On the brand page, select from a list of "Product Names" to learn more about each individual item. If you know the product code or name, click on the "Product Search" on the upper-right hand side of the brand page to help you find the desired product.
B) To place a product order, click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on the right-hand side of the screen. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to do so. When you finish adding items to your cart, select "Go to Check Out" and you will be promoted through the checkout process. Price and shipping costs are automatically calculated.
New Customers: You will be prompted to establish your Web User Profile. Afterward, you will be returned to the shopping process.
Web User Profile Criteria: enter the Web User ID and Password of your choice, using a combination of eight (8) characters. ONLY USE A-Z (capital or lowercase), and 0-9.
DO NOT use your email address, and DO NOT insert any spaces between characters or use special characters such as @, * or /.
Existing Customers: if you have credit terms and have previously ordered from us, please email customerservice@restaurant.org or phone the Customer Service Department at (800) 765-2122, ext. 6701. In Chicagoland (312) 715-1010, ext. 6701. A representative will update your record and establish a Web User ID and Password for your account.
If you are a tax exempt entity: before placing your order, please fax your tax exemption certificate to 312-583-9707 Attn: Tax Department.
Within one business day we will then record your Tax Exemption Certificate so that your orders are not charged state sales tax for all states where you are exempt. Orders placed by individuals cannot be exempted; the order must be for the entity named on the certificate. Orders shipped to states where you are not exempt will be charged applicable sales tax.

Note: online orders that are entered after 2 P.M. (CST) will ship the following business day. Orders cannot be canceled if they have already shipped from our warehouse. Please see the Product Return Policy for more information.
All purchases of online training courses are final.

How do I place an academic order?
How much are shipping and handling charges for my order?
Handling costs are $12.50 per order.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the state to which the order is being shipped.
- Orders within the United States incur about an additional 5% of the total product cost
- Add 10% for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
- Add 30% for International orders.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Online orders that are entered after 2:00 P.M. (CST) will ship the following business day. For all orders, please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order.

How do I update my contact/address information?
To update your primary "Ship To" information, select "My Profile" from the righthand navigation options under 'Access My Account' from any page. You are also given the ability to change "ship to" addresses on individual orders that you may place online.
To update your "Bill To" information please email customersupport@restaurant.org or phone the National Restaurant Association Solutions Customer Service Department at (800) 765-2122, ext. 6701.
